it will only make a few degrees difference at the very very high end, so not worth the money for any 24/7 setup

Compared to the TRUE Black, which is half the price... no Not sure the performance will be improved much at all, still the same cooler.

as long as you don't drop your tower PC, it should be ok; but I only see hardware enthusiasts buying this unit, and especially those into overclocking with their motherboards outside a case, horizontal.
