Today I'm taking a look at the Ninja HS Notebook Cooler from Vizo, it's a very different sort of laptop cooler than I have ever seen. It features adjustable fans that can move from side to side and the entire fan assembly can move forward and backward as well so you can pinpoint cool the hot spot on your laptop. Does it work?
