Scythe Ninja Mini CPU Cooler Review

Today's review features another small "budget" cooler by Scythe that is being well received in the HTPC category due to its reduced height and small "footprint". Based on the design of its big brother, the Scythe Ninja, the Ninja Mini is designed to be an effective cooler, while still being able to fit into tight spaces such as those found in most HTPC cases today.
Can little brother keep up with its larger sibling?
