Ubisoft today announced that its Montreal studio is currently developing Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell 3 (Working Title), the next installment in the popular stealth-action franchise. Splinter Cell 3 will offer enhanced graphics, immersive and interactive environments, innovative gameplay and a completely unique collaborative multiplayer experience, according to Ubisoft
