Blizzards hit mobo shipments

HEAVY SNOW in the People’s Republic of China is causing drifts preventing motherboard makers from making as many printed circuit boards as they would wish. According to Digitimes, the heavy snowfall in Changshu and Kunshan have caused some manufacturers to be running at only 30-40 per cent capacity.
