However, certain manufacturers do offer high-end case fans that offer high air flow and nearly silent operations, creating the desired combination of quiet performance. AcousticPC.com, a large retailer of quiet PC computer cooling hardware, sent us one such case fan that they highly recommend: the Silenx Quiet Case Fans.
