Xirex wins case against Alpha Cool

OVER THE PAST couple of months, we have followed the progress of Xirex, the water-cooling division of big German disti Rombus. The firm came up with interesting ultra-thin waterblocks, but a legal case stopped the lads coming to market with their line-up.

Now, after a lengthy battle with Alpha Cool, a German court decided that Xirex is free to proceed with its innovative products. Alpha Cool's claims were dismissed by court.
