This is clearly a budget power supply that's intended for affordable builds. This is certainly not a bad thing since many people are looking for a quality, well priced power supply. Let's face it, not everyone can afford a top of the line power supply. The OCZ StealthXStream 600W Power Supply will definitely fit most budgets. What gets me is the noisy 120mm fan.
