Vista service pack delayed

@ 2007/07/05
JACK SCHOFIELD over at the Grauniad reckons Microsoft will be forced to delay service pack one for the Vista OS until next year.
He bases that on a note from the US Department of Justice, which says beta code will be out by the end of year. Many had expected SP1 to be available in Autumn of this year.

Who are those "many" who believed SP1 was due this summer? Afaik in January the rumor has always been SP1 not before END of 2007!
