Valve survey results now include Vista numbers

@ 2007/05/31
Valve has launched a new version of its survey and it has not only added support for Windows Vista, but a whole range of new graphics cards are also supported. You might not be amazed to know that only 5.66 per cent of users have Windows Vista on their systems.

if it works, don't touch it. Is what most people tend to do, updating drivers can only cause problems, if there were none before. They'll update drivers when they swap vga cards, most likely

I thought it was interesting how far into the majority XP is. There are almost as many users of XP 64bit as there are Windows 2000 users, and both are less than 1% each.

I think what is scary is just how many people are using video drivers that are 3 years old... I can understand that people don't have any incentive or reason to upgrade a non-gaming machine, however these results are all from computers that play Steam games. As of right now 30-31% of those polled users are using video drivers dating before the start of 2006.
