@ 2007/05/25AMD has let slip that it will start sampling the Agena and Kuma core CPU's in July. First up are the 2.6 and 2.8GHz version of the Agena FX, which should also be the ones to arrive in retail first.
The Agena FX will be available in both for socket AM2+ and 1207+, although you'll have to make do with the 2.6GHz version if you don't want to use socket 1207+. This CPU will also be limited to single processor systems, as the AM2+ socket doesn't support multi CPU configurations.
