Intel to build Chinese fab

The move, which was widely tipped will see the chip maker invest a couple of billion dollars in the plant. The Chinese will cough up some too although neither would yet say how much. The firm is unlikey to build PC chips in China because the US government won't let it. It will build chipsets instead, and possibly a few other bits and bobs.
