Recom PowerEngine 450 W

For entry-level and mid-range solutions doesn't exists only very powerful -and expansive- PSUs, as marketing and advertisement would make us believe, and this Recom PowerEngine is an example of a mid-range PSU with good qualities.

On the one hand it's silent, it has a cured aesthetic and offers quite good performances for his price, that is around 50€; on the other it has little connectors available and the 12V rail isn't always stable.
