Ultra Products, a global leader in technology solutions, today announces that it will unveil the world’s first 2000W ATX Power Supply Unit for the PC at next week’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The Ultra X3 Modular 2000W PSU has a footprint similar to some competitors’ 1000W units (just 10.25 inches) and is 80% efficient under typical loads.

Here the way I think of the next PC power supply ought to have rather than high power ....

Adding connections to power printer; DSL modem; router; VOIP wireless phone; LCD display; speakers; wireless speaker transmitter ..... etc.

This will eliminates all the step down mini transformers being used around the system.

what are you putting in a PC to get it to use 2000W? Seriously... even a Quad Core with four Geforce 8800GTX and tens of hard drives doesn't even come close... who ever thought this up? what is this? this mine is bigger then yours competition should only be used in areas where it is beneficial to users.

Look the price of my products are higher than others!! My products use more power! My products is bigger!

seriously...
