Monsoon II CPU Cooler

The latest cooling product to make it’s way to the [H] labs is a hybrid heatpipe/TEC based CPU cooler. Can a TEC powered by the system PSU outperform watercooling as the manufacturer claims?

meh, the review says almost nothing


TEC cooling might be an area where the heatpipe overkill of the Scythe Infinity could finally come into play
