Intel drops Pentium 4 power a lot

Since Intel insists on the impenetrable yet information free naming schemes, I will just ignore it and give you the details. The PDs will change their CPUID from F64 to F65, and the stepping will be known as D-0, up from the old C-1. The only thing that will affect you is it dropped the power from 130W to 95W, a massive change that is too late in the game to make a difference on the high end.
