In the never-ending battle for faster frame rates and greater visual
quality, hi-performance video cards continue to push the envelope in both
noise and heat output. The ATI Radeon X1900-series video card is one of the
hottest on the market today—figuratively and literally. While stock VGA
coolers usually strike an acceptable balance between noise and heat
reduction, there's always room for improvement—which is why the Arctic
Cooling Accelero X2 VGA Cooler is the subject of today's review.
