Koenig, founder and chief technical officer of Ultrasone, think he could bring to this market? Florian formed the company in 1990 after filing patents for his S-Logic Natural Surround Sound technology. All Ultrasone headphones feature this de-centric method of speaker placement which directs the sound towards the outer ear instead of down the ear canal. The result is a more open, natural sound.
