Five Predictions for E3

Given the media frenzy, though, E3 is also an opportunity for publishers to strut their stuff for the ultimate buyers—people who'll actually be playing the games. If enough buzz is generated, then the professionals will order up vast quantities of product for the holiday season. Or so the thinking goes.

It's always interesting to dig a little beneath the manufactured buzz and try to figure out what's really going to happen. So I'm going to tune out the loud music, the booth babes, and the flashing lights of big screen demos and tell you what I think is really going to happen.
