New Athlon XP Package prevents unlocking?

Why unlocking 1 cpu, when u can unlock it via your motherbord

I've did it with my Epox8k5a2+ (kt333) and xp2400 and I can access al the lower MP's (<12.5)

and if I put another CPU in it, it is already unlockt,

I'm sure if its not already figured out it will besoon after release in regards to overclocking
