DDR2 memory shortage to last the quarter

DRAM EXCHANGE said shortages of DDR2 memory are set to continue throughout the first quarter, with some of the DRAM manufacturers claiming they can only meet between 50 and 60 per cent of demand from OEMs (original equipment manufacturers).
