Silicon Power Launches XPower XS70 M.2 Gen4 x4 NVMe SSD

Silicon Power has just launched the XPower XS70 M.2 NVMe SSD. The XS70 is Silicon Power's latest addition to an already impressive lineup of high-speed storage devices. With a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and NVMe 1.4 support, the XS70 is capable of sequential reads of up to 7300 MB/s and writes of up to 6800 MB/s. It features a large full surround heat sink and is available in 1 TB, 2 TB, and 4 TB models. Silicon Power has yet to disclose pricing or availability at the time of this writing.
