Overclocking to 4.8GHz by Ninja CPU Cooler!

A famous PC shop in Japan called "Twotop" is now demonstrating
the overclocked Pentium 4 631 (3GHz) to 4.8GHz with Ninja CPU
Cooler. This 4.8GHz overclocking is not just a "moment" action
but it is "constant" according to the shop.
