The Zalman CNPS9500 comes with everything you need to get your system up and running quickly, including Zalman's own TIM and Fanmate 2 fan speed controller. The included instructions are easy to read and understand, but if you have a problem, Zalman offers very good information on their website ranging from a Knowledge Base to user forums to Flash Video instructions.
