An uncommon processor for the test to show to people with common processor. Overclocking processor without voltage increase does not generate as much additional heat as with.

I have not clicked the link yet; but I'm betting on the "Shogun"

edit: okay I was right, and I'm pretty sure the Scythe with silent 120mm fan gives better noise/performance ratio

no dBA/noise measurements makes for poor review in the end; because the temperature numbers alone no longer hold all the info because of the different fan sizes and types/speeds
