Leecho's Creature Case Project Part 1

Okay let’s start building this weird idea of a case, first thing was to start with the top cap, also known as the blowhole assembly. I submitted my idea to my good friend Slaughter; he operated the computerized milling machine in the shop. I knew that trying to cut this design out with a jig-saw would prove to be a pain in the (you-know-where). First I started with a ½ thick clear Plexiglas and had him cut out the center for me, it had to be absolutely bang-on due to the next section fitting into it, and the whole thing onto the case top. Once Slaughter did his part, I had to bend the ends to smoothly fit over the frame.
