Does Denuvo Slow Game Performance?

Since Denuvo has been around there's been a debate raging about its effect on game performance. YouTuber Overlord has decided to put this to rest and he tested 7 games with Denuvo installed and with it officially patched out. His test rig utilized an i7 2600K running stock with a stock clocked 1080 ti. Further, he used the 2600K since most arguments say Denuvo hits the CPU pret;ty hard.
