It appears that the FreeSync 2 monitor market is finally heating up and Benq is among the first to join the new wave with its curved 32-inch EX3203R monitor which uses a 2560x1440 resolution VA panel with 144Hz refresh rate.

The Benq EX3203R monitor is based on a VA (vertical alignment) panel, which sits somewhere between TN and IPS panels, offering higher refresh rates but also better color reproduction and best contrast ratio. Benq used a 31.5-inch panel with 1800R curvature, 2560x1440 resolution, maximum brightness of 400cd/m2, a typical contrast ratio of 3000:1, 178-degree viewing angles, 144Hz refresh rate and 4ms response time.

While this is an 8-bit panel which provides 90 percent of DCI-P3 color space and due to its maximum brightness of 400cd/m2 is fits VESA-certified DisplayHDR 400 range.

When it comes to connectivity, the Benq EX3203R comes with two HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort and USB Type-C inputs as well as USB 3.1 Gen1 and headphone jack ports.

It features ultra-slim bezels on three sides, which will allow pairing up a couple of these monitors in an almost "seamless" multi-monitor setup. Its stand supports height and tilt adjustments and it supports VESA wall mount with optional transfer kit.
