Watching really good (and really bad) video content on your smartphone is becoming a big deal...even when the big screen is right in front of you. How big? T-Mobile did a deal with Netflix and people who measure speed said they had the fastest net in town. Orange liked Netflix everywhere. So AT&T said Ok we'll offer our new customers HBO and the new Ma Bell is waiting for you to call. Verizon is thinking about it. But as telcos know it isn't about unlimited data plans, it's how well they can throttle (manage) what you're viewing. The alternative? Head for the mobile internet. Turn it on and tune in. Free entertainment is a beautiful thing. Stealing content...not so much!
