The founder of the Rogister, the INQUIRER, TechEye, Channel Eye and the editor in large at Fudzilla has discovered he is suing the US government.
Mike Magee received an email today from the PACER fees class action administrator showing that he was joined to a class action. PACER is a method to find out who is suing who in America and Magee subscribed to this service within the period concerned.
The class action was initiated by the National Veterans Legal Services programme in the US district court for the District of Colombia.
It alleges that the US government charged too much for the service. Magee told Fudzilla:
