Wraith Max and Wraith Spire coolers

As it was the case with previous CPUs, AMD's upcoming Ryzen CPUs will be available as a tray option, without a cooler and as a "boxed" version, with cooler, and today we have a bit more details regarding two boxed coolers, the Wraith Max and Wraith Spire.

Thanks to a leak coming from Videocardz.com, courtesy of Informatica Cero site, AMD will have two CPU coolers for its "boxed" SKUs.

To be available with AMD Ryzen 7 1800X and Ryzen 7 1700X SKUs, the Wraith Max boxed cooler has a TDP of 140W and measures 105x108x85mm, which should be enough to cope with AMD's flagship SKUs.

The smaller Wraith Spire cooler will be available AMD Ryzen 1700 and possibly other SKUs. Measuring 109x103x54mm, the Wraith Spire cooler is somewhat lighter, circular and has a TDP of 95W.

While both Wraith Max and Wraith Spire should keep Ryzen CPUs well cooled, they won't do much with AMD's XFR (eXtended Frequency Range) technology, that should provide further CPU Boost that scales with cooling.
