Waffer Technologies PC Air Conditioner PAC 400

@ 2005/06/03
The mounting tray allows the PAC 400 to slide in and out with ease with just a gentle push when it’s plugged in. While it's sliding into the bay it does not move around or have a lot of slack on the sides. Again, another good sign of the quality of this unit. There is even a lock to keep it in place and to prevent the unit from working back out. The juice is piped in using a normal molex connecter.

Such a small pelt would be useless, it can never handle the cpu wattage.
Maybe if the cooled air would go directly over the cpu's heatsink ?

even better would be using the pelt that is in there directly on the cpu

Seems like crap to me, it looks ugly (look too platic/cheap), takes up to 3 bays and will only give you a 4° drop in temperature (with noise) (altough aircooling might be more efficient).
Still, $100 can give you cheap watercooling or some good heatsink+fans.
