LG builds a mosquito fighting telly

The Indian arm of LG Electronics has taken a leaf from Bill Gate's book and declared war on the mosquito by developing a telly which kills them while you watch.

Mosquitoes spread diseases such as malaria, Zika and dengue so getting rid of them can only make life better. The TV's "Mosquito Away Technology" uses ultrasonic waves that are inaudible to humans but cause mosquitoes to fly away.
