Apple too late to build a car

@ 2016/06/02
Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk thinks that Apple started too late to be a direct competitor in the car market until 2020.

Without a shred of patronising, Musk said that it was “great” that Apple was getting into the car industry, but it really should have done it a long time ago. Apple seemed to have missed an opportunity to start a couple of years earlier.

As a result Apple will not be ready for production until 2020. By then Tesla will be churning out a million cars.
"It's a missed opportunity" for Apple, he added.
