Cooler Master V-Series PSUs get Silencio fans, fully modular cables

Cooler Master's V-Series power supplies got a small-but-welcome update recently. The company is now using its Silencio FP 120-mm fans to provide cooling airflow for these PSUs, and they're now decked out with fully-modular flat cabling.
