We review the Noctua NH-D9L, a dual tower cooler with a low profile design that allows it to squeeze into even small factor systems. It brings the benefits of tower-style cooling airflow to 3U chassis. It also comes with a NF-A9 cooling fan that promises low noise ideal for 3U applications like home theater systems.
