"The MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G graphics card features hybrid cooling, the cooler has two 10CM fans that work independently. The MSI GTX 970 Gaming Twin Frozr V design also has what MSI refers to as Zero Frozr technology, when the GPU is under 50C the fans stop spinning for silent operation. This means that at times you basically end up with a passively cooled GPU."
