Ford and Samsung Announce Lithium-Ion Auto Battery

It's really hard to believe that on modern day cars, lurking under the hood is still a relic from the 19th century still hard at work, unchanged for over 155 years. Ford and Samsung are working together to change all of that and free motorists from the dependence of the lead-acid battery with lithium-ions' 21st century technology.
