Tarantino Claims Gawker Is An Illegal Downloader

What do you think? Will Tarantino's new approach work better than the last time? After landing an early victory last week against Quentin Tarantino in their leaked screenplay row, Gawker is facing a new attack. In an amended complaint, Tarantino accuses Gawker of committing not only contributory infringement, but also direct infringement, after it illegally downloaded his script from a file-hosting site.
