Intels Pentium 4 570J, just shy of 4GHz

With the introduction of the Pentium 4 570J Intel introduces the last member of the NetBurst architecture. Will its 3.8GHz clockspeed be enough to once again secure the performance crown? Or is it just one last meaningless speed bump for Intel's Pentium 4?
