Print function added to Madshrimps

I've added a "print this article/howto" function to the site, you can find the link at the top of each article/howto under the editor/author names.

Please give it a try and tell me if it works okay; thank you for your input !

very handy feature, I asked shamino about it once cuz I wanted printable versions of his phase change guides but I guess he didn't like the idea

that's browser related! you have to option to print title & url when printing; it prints the current url, I can not change this

but at the bottom you see the URL it came from, it refers to the print PHP file, I guess you can't get the original article URL there?

another idea: at the top of the print page, replace the title "MADSHRIMPS - Hardware Reviews ,Crazy Projects, Modding Tutorials and Overclocking" by the title of the review. so when you're printing you see the title of the article at the top of the page

no background, put on print preview to see it before you print. Than you will see it.
