In the end the verdict depends on how you plan on using the mini PC. The HD4 is a smart solution if you need a relatively powerful compact PC, as the Celeron processor is significantly faster than the processor used in previous models. If you need decent graphical performance, we recommend that you get something with AMD hardware.
