3DMark has been redesigned to support benchmarking of DirectX9, DX10 and DX11 hardware using a single tool, and that's just for starters. 3DMark will eventually support benchmarking of iOS and Android devices as well, though at time of review only the Windows version has been released. Given that 3DMark includes three all-new tests designed to benchmark the entry, mid-range and enthusiast hardware, we run the latest version of the long-running benchmarking tool across three platforms to see how it taxes them.
