Microsoft Working to Restore Missing Hotmail Emails

If you were among the many Hotmail users who switched over to Outlook.com and lost access to your emails, Microsoft is now working on a fix to the problem. The loss of access to Hotmail is tied to the renaming of accounts, which has been halted temporarily. We fixed many user accounts that were renamed and as a result had trouble accessing some of their email. We recognize that some customers are still experiencing issues and we are actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
