Default nVidia cheating?

Dunno if this is the right forum for this, but because I found this news not on this forum yet ..

http://www.tweakers.net/nieuws/26981

K, ist news that is already a little bit old, but nevertheless, I think its shocking!

Our friends from the Netherlands have already posted their comments, but it might be interesting : What do you think about this "cheating" ?

And is it really cheating?
I think we have to make a difference between drivers that work "better" in a benchmark, and drivers that contain parts of the scene in the benchmark..

and a solution? the camera moves @ random in a benchmark? -> can give other results with the same setup...
