The Throttle features and integrated eSATA connector, which is wider than an USB port, so the overall design package is a bit bulkier.
When first looking at the drive you’ll only notice one connection, the mini-USB:
At the other end you’ll have to remove the cap the expose the eSATA connector:
The drive is small enough to slip in your pocket, hanging it on your keyring is not possible, we’ve checked with OCZ if we could maybe drill a small hole in the plastic where no PCB is underneath, but that was strongly discouraged:
It is not advised to drill a small hook for a chain. The layout is a little too tight, therefore increasing the risk of damage.
