Foxconn Quantum Force is presenting the Intel 775 "Blackops" board, based on Intel’s' latest X48 chipset. Hence the high end watercooled chipset cooling.
Foxconn has an extended sized mainboard, bringing 4 16x PCI express slots, with a lot of place between the slots. Dual Slot cooling or even exotic cooling shouldn't be a problem.
The board further has watercooling pre-installed for the chipset, and even a peltier is installed on the chipset.
