Provided by: Raptor Gaming

Raptor Gaming specializes in professional gaming gear, including mouse pads, mice, headsets and keyboards. Their mouse pads are of high quality and meant for heavy duty gaming sessions, let’s take a closer look.

  • Raptor Gaming P3 ( 310 x 220mm – Hard - packaging)

The P3 comes with its own carrying bag which protects the pad from scratches during transport, you’ll also find custom mouse-skates in the package which help the mouse glide over this service. This pad is very thin at only ~1.5mm. The mouse pad is made out of hard plastic, the top has a grainy texture which should help optical mice’s tracking ability. The bottom side is flat plastic, but sprayed with a rubber coating to act as anti-slip.

The P3 is water proof and comes with a warranty of no less than 3 years! During testing I found the P3 to work best during gaming sessions with its high accuracy.

  • Raptor Gaming P4 ( 400 x 300mm – Flexible - packaging)

The P4 is noticeably larger than the P3, but with its foam/plastic flexible material targets another audience, namely the low-sense gamers. The bottom layer is a thin rubber layer for anti-slip, the top layer a sturdy fabric with gliding characteristics. At only 2mm thick it’s easy to roll-up and take along to lan parties.

The larger size of the P4 comes in handy during photoshop work, where the extra space pays of with increased usability and precision.

  • Raptor Gaming P5 ( 300 x 235mm – Hard - packaging)

The P5 is for the high sense gamers, it’s made from very hard plastic and really lets your mouse glide over its surface without much effort. It’s slightly thicker than the others at 3mm, but didn’t hurt my wrist during gaming session, as the pad has high accuracy, you can set in-game mouse sensitivity higher to restrict needed movement of the mouse on the pad. At the backside of the P5 are 12 anti-slip feet, no rubber layer on this unit.

Gliding performance was off the charts with this pad, combined with excellent accuracy made for very easy browsing and gaming session, photoshop work was done effortlessly.

    Still using my everglide here.
    No need to replace it.

It is missing the Icemat, which is the best mousepad because it never wears out, transfers excess heat away from the hand, slides well and looks and feels great. And glass is SEXY.

I completely agree with you. I used Everglide but they wear out quickly.

Icemat is the best. I would recommend only to use mousemats that are made of steel or glass. They're durable and easy to clean.
