Once is place the GeminII occupies a very large part of the motherboard, but leaves enough clearing for larger northbridge chipset coolers and memory modules with fancy heatspreaders:
Placed inside a case it’s surely is a tight fit, especially if you don’t have a maxi tower to work with:
The 120mm fans are mounted with screws unto the 2 rails, which in turn are screwed in place on the GeminII heatsink:
The fan bracket can be moved left/right a bit to make sure it fits:
