The looks
In little Belgium, Superflower is rather an exotic brand. They have good stuff, but aren’t well known. When I bought my new PC, some shops had a new case: the SF 402. It was good-looking, made of aluminium, had a 350W PSU and costed only 85-100€! So I decided to buy one for my new PC...

First impressions
I picked the case up @
ColorCase and just brought it home by bike. When I took the case out of the box, I was really amazed by the weight: only 3 kg! The front looked good ( unlike those SF 201’s, yuk) and was nicely finished. The side panels were rather of lower quality and didn’t have a mirror finish at all, but that’s okay for such a cheap housing .
I found the size of the case on the Internet: 8.25" x 18" x 19.75" ( 20.6cm * 45cm * 49.375cm). But as I measured it myself, it appeared that the case was in fact 1.5" (3cm) lower!

The front is made of plastic, is light grey at the sides and dark grey in the middle. Power and Reset button were finished very well: they are smaller than the normal ones and pressing them is also confortable. PW/HDD LED’s are 3mm wide and are incely integrated.
There’s a front I/O: covered by a panel that can lift up, there are 2 USB ports, 1 audio in and 1 audio out.
Taking the front out was a piece of cake. In the front of the case, 2 casefans are installed drawing air from the bottom and the case and some holes in the front.
The sidepanels
As said before, they aren’t of superb quality. They are extremely light but also very vulnerable (easily scratched and bended). Thumbscrews were used to mount them except for the top panel, that is mounted with rivets.
